Aircrafts once fitted with ACDs, can detect another ACD fitted tall
building or another aircraft, or a ground based vehicle in airport
close to runway, and intelligently deduce any possible collision
like situation, to take control and act to protect by taking
appropriate action to deflect from each other. Once the danger is
over immediately control is passed back to the pilot- all this could
 happen and be over in hardly 5 seconds!
